By downloading, installing, or using the Dhikr Mate app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Dhikr Mate is operated by [Your Name/Company Name], based in Bandung, Indonesia.

2. Description of Service

Dhikr Mate is a digital utility tool designed to assist users in their spiritual practices. We provide features such as digital counting, haptic feedback, historical tracking (heatmap), and cloud synchronization.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account (via Apple or Google Sign-In) to access certain features like Cloud Sync.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Dhikr Mate offers free and paid services ("Pro" or "Lifetime"). Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card information.
• Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your device settings.
• Lifetime Access: A "Lifetime" purchase grants you access to premium features for the lifespan of the Service. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
• Refunds: All refund requests must be handled directly through Apple or Google, as we do not have the ability to process refunds for In-App Purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, code, design, and functionality, is owned by Dhikr Mate and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any portion of the app.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for perfection (e.g., ensuring count accuracy), we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or entirely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dhikr Mate or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
